[Buyer Basics] Can I change my mode of payment?

Payment method can be changed anytime before an order is successfully paid.
 

If an order has not been paid successfully, you can change the payment method by following these steps:

  1. In Shopee App, go to “Me” and tap on “To Pay”.

  2. Select the order that you would like to change the payment method for. 

  3. Tap on “Change Payment Method”.

  4. Choose a new payment method. 

  5. Tap on “Confirm” to proceed with payment.
